Slow Month
I finished almost a mile of projects, but purchased 1/3 mile in yarn. I have some posts in draft form, but no pictures, so no posts. I've been busy. Two monthly yarn roundup posts in a row - I should post more!

Instead, I'm going to go read some more papers and continue knitting.

Ouch
I didn't get many things done last month. I did, however, visit a yarn shop with my mother in law and go a bit crazy buying yarn for the baby things I get to knit, since so many people I know are having/have little ones this year. The yarn count looks quite bad:

I did just finish one 630 yard baby blanket and I have another one halfway finished, but it's gonna take some time to get back down to last summer's numbers. My biggest problem? My yarn containers are full! Must knit faster!

Christmas in August!
I also busted out two small ornaments. These seemed like they'd be the quickest, and they were indeed fast little projects.
I picked them up from Goodwill for $.49 each. I am a sucker for cheap cross stitch kits. All of my small-to-medium kit were clearance kits.
These aren't quite the same as the typical ornaments I make. I generally use the ones with loops on them as gift tags. These, well, I'm not sure what I'll do with them. For now, I'll add them to the pile of finished things and figure it out later!
